🇮🇱 Zion Oil & Gas Update: March 24, 2026
March 24, 2026
Dear Zion Shareholders and Supporters,
We would like to provide a concise operational update and express our sincere gratitude for your unwavering prayers, encouragement, and support.
We are pleased to announce that the recertification of the rig has been successfully completed. The rig has also been relocated to the MJ-02 well in anticipation of commencement of the next phase of operations. Given the prevailing circumstances, we are thankful that these critical tasks have been accomplished and that progress has been maintained as planned.
In light of the heightened war activity and associated logistical challenges at regional ports, we have made the prudent decision this week to temporarily relocate our crew out of the country. This measure allows the shipping and port operations to resume and stabilize.
In many ways, this temporary respite is a blessing in disguise for our crew. They have diligently worked for the past three months on location in Israel with minimal breaks, often under challenging conditions and experiencing inconsistent sleep due to frequent missile and drone alerts and repeated movement in and out of bomb shelters. We are grateful that they now have the opportunity to rest and recover.
Despite these challenges, crew morale remains high. We are also actively addressing the additional complexities of shipping and logistics during the ongoing conflict. As you might expect, these have become unusually selective and occasionally difficult, but not insurmountable.
Most importantly, we are thankful that our personnel and worksite remain unharmed, knowing this is entirely due to the grace and protection of the Lord.
We remain committed to moving forward with the drilling program expeditiously as security conditions permit, and we deeply appreciate your steadfast prayers and unwavering support on this mission.
Warm regards,
Rob Dunn
