The Joseph Project consists of the Joseph and the Asher-Menashe license areas, comprising over 162,000 acres in Northern Israel. The Joseph license area includes the Ma'anit #1 wellsite, drilled in 2005, and the Ma'anit-Rehoboth #2 site, scheduled to begin drilling in 2008.
From its inception, the calling of Zion Oil & Gas has been to assist Israel in the restoration of the Land by finding and producing oil and gas – helping to make the People of Israel politically and economically independent.
