Dear Zion Shareholders and Supporters,

We wanted to give you all an update on recent progress at the MJ-02 well site in Israel.

On May 13, 2026, our Eastern European workers safely arrived back at the site and have begun the process of opening up and cleaning the well in preparation for the directional drilling team.

The directional equipment is currently scheduled to arrive in Israel the first week of June. Once that equipment is in place and ready for operations, our planned horizontal drilling is expected to commence in short order as conditions and logistics allow.

We are thankful for the continued safety and security of our crew and facilities, and for God’s providence in allowing this project to keep moving forward. We are also deeply grateful for the continued support and prayers of our shareholders and prayer warriors around the world.
