    The verse for today is:

“With praise and thanks, they sang this song to the Lord. ‘He is so good! His faithful love for Israel endures forever!’ Then all the people gave a great shout, praising the Lord because the foundation of the Lord’s temple had been laid” Ezra 3:11

Our verse for today is 2 Samuel 22: 4,7. The whole chapter is good, but these are the verses I chose

“I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and have been saved from my enemies. In my distress I called to the Lord; I called out to my God. From His temple He heard my voice, my cry came to His ears.”

    Here’s our verse for today!

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, He says, ‘be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth’

    Psalm 46:1-2,10

    Praise Verse for today!

“Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’

    Isaiah 46: 9-10

Today’s verse is one of my favorites, Ephesians 3:20

“Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we could ask or imagine”

One more from the Psalms! David was great at praising God with his words and songs!

“I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak of His praises. I will boast only in the Lord; let all who are helpless take heart. Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exalt His name together. I prayed to the Lord and He answered me. He freed me from all my fears.”

    Psalm 34:1-4

“I love the Lord because He hears my voice and my prayers for mercy. Because He bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Oh Lord, I am Your servant; yes I am Your servant, born into Your household; You have freed me from my chains. I will offer You a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the Lord. I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of all His people – in the house of the Lord in the heart of Jerusalem. Praise the Lord!”

    Psalm 116:1-2, 16-19

Hello everyone! I will be posting a Bible verse each day while we are in the process of drilling. These verses are to remind us to praise God for the work He has done and is doing for Zion! He is worthy of our praise!

    Today is Psalm 18:1-3, 28-29:

“I love you, Lord; You are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my Savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and the place of my safety. I called on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and He saved me from my enemies. You light a lamp for me. The Lord, my God, lights up my darkness. In your strength, I can crush an army; with my God, I can scale any wall”
