Prayer Requests From John Brown

“Our soul waiteth for the Lord: He is our help and our shield.” – Psalm 33:20

Sometimes waiting is hard and while we’re waiting for God to answer our prayers, it’s very easy to become discouraged and quit praying. I believe that we have been tested in Zion many times over the past 30 years and even now we are still being tested. We requested prayer on March 21, 2014 for five specific requests (see Prayer Requests below) so while we wait, we should all continue to pray and believe that God will answer these prayers (I Thes. 5:17) We also need to be persistent in our works, faith, and belief, that God will answer and bless Israel as he promised in (Gen. 49:28) and Zion in (Gen. 12:3).

“And all things, whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.” (Matt. 21:22) And “if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” (Mark 9:23)

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Hab. 2:3)

A word for Zion Oil & Gas: In every place your faith in God is spoken of and spread abroad to the world. So, don’t give up because your faith in God pleases Him (Heb. 11:6). “I wait for the Lord, My soul doth wait, and in His word I do have hope.” (Psalm 130:5)

  • That God will give us the best possible drill sites for our new wells on our current licenses in Israel. (Jeremiah 33:3)
  • That God will give our new project team in Israel direction (Proverbs 16:3) and favor with all those in authority to give their approvals for a new drilling permit for our Megiddo #1 well.
  • That God will provide the forty million dollars required to drill our next two wells. And that He will abundantly bless our DSPP Direct Stock Purchase Plan. (Exodus 25:2)
  • That God will provide an experienced and reputable drilling contractor with rig. One with honesty and integrity who believes in Our Vision and mission statement for Israel. (Psalm 33:12)
  • That God will open the doors and clearly show us the way (Psalm 32:8) to develop and produce a new weekly television program from Jerusalem (Isaiah 2:2,3) which has the potential to reach 2.2 billion people worldwide. The name of the show will be called, “Good News from Zion”. We have been receiving counsel and assistance to produce the pilot show at the King of Kings Church in Jerusalem ( on October 20, 2014. At this point in time there haven’t been any final decisions made yet by Zion as to what Network we will air our new show on and when this happens then we will advise you all.
