- Zion accepts investments in five currencies in addition to the U.S. Dollar.
- Because of our five accepted currencies, international investors in over 40 different nations can invest without brokerage and conversion rate fees and with minimal bank transfer fees.
- International investors have the option of low-cost credit transfer ACH payments.
Our foreign payment procedures provide more options for our international investors. Through our Direct Stock Purchase Plan (DSPP) we accept electronic bank payments in British Pounds, Euros, Swiss Francs, Israeli Shekels, and Canadian Dollars, in addition to U.S. Dollars. Funds received in foreign currency will be recorded in U.S. Dollars based upon the New York Closing Foreign Exchange Rate (5:00 p.m. EST) on the Purchase Date (date funds are received). American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (“AST”) is Zion’s transfer agent and registrar for our common stock and warrants, and the plan agent for the Direct Stock Purchase Program (DSPP). Zion’s investor relations app provides a direct link to our website and additional information such as the DSPP, and future proxy voting. AST offers a multi-lingual and worldwide call center and a dedicated Zion number for domestic shareholders (844-699-6645) and a dedicated number for foreign shareholders with multi-lingual capability (1-718-921-8205).
