If I by the shares do I have to hold them a certain amount of time before selling them. Also on the warrants can I buy them and then sell them also at any time.

Hello Keith! On the shares, as soon as you get them you may sell them. On the Warrants (that are packaged with the Unit Program that expires on March 31, next Friday), you may ‘exercise’ (use them to buy stock for $1.00) in May. If you have further questions, feel free to email us.

Q1: Will I still need to fill out forms if I purchased stock through another broker?
Q2: If I purchased stock through a broker, can I transfer it to a direct purchase with ZN?

Hi Robert! You are still considered a new “direct” investor if you already have stock with a brokerage, so the forms are still required, along with the $250 minimum. You may elect to transfer your stock from your broker into our DSPP after your DSPP account is set up. For additional questions, email invest@zionoil.com.
