As you may have already heard via our social media channels, construction at our deep well drill site has begun. We signed a contract with the Israeli construction company, Bazelet, and work commenced last week. Since you are likely as excited as we are, we’d like to share with you a few images: |

As per curiosity around the Dead Sea and Zion’s current permit: you might note that our current well-site is below sea level, being a part of the Jordan rift, and will likely be affected by any major seismic event that might include the Dead Sea.

We appreciate your hard work for Israel. I bought approximately $18,000 in ZN stock and it has steadily declined. That is ok, if Israel actually gets something out of this in the long run. Have you drilled yet? If so, what is the latest status?

Can you tell me why no one is drilling in the Dead Sea area. I invested thousands in Ness , because I felt like the Bible clearly tells of oil in that area. The verses where it says Kings tried to excape through Sidon and fell in these oil pits and drowned. Also the Dead Sea is the lowest place on earth, if you drilled 3 to 5 miles down and the good Lord were to bring about a large earthquake such as is predicted in end times all the oil would go to the lowest point. This would be the part that I belive where The Lord promised to bring about great treasures of darkness so the whole world will know he is the Lord God. Just wanting to know why this area is not being drilled in . May our Lord bless Zion Oil. Daryl
Hi Daryl, that is a great question! The Dead Sea area is protected, much like our national parks are here in the U.S. We don’t doubt it would be a good place to drill but drilling there isn’t an option. Thanks for asking Daryl!
