Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. reports results for Fiscal Year 2007

Caesarea, Israel - March 31, 2008 - Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (Amex: ZN), of Dallas, Texas and Caesarea, Israel, filed its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 on March 28. The Company reported a net loss of $(13,047) thousand or $(1.34) per share for the 2007 year compared to a net loss of $(2,510) thousand or $(0.32) per share for the prior year. The Company had no revenues, as it is still an exploration stage company. As in prior years, the audit opinion from the Company’s independent registered accounting firm, Somekh Chaikin (a Member of KPMG International), included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB a 'going concern' qualification.

Dallas, Texas and Caesarea, Israel - March 7, 2008 - Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (Amex: ZN), announced that is has retained media consultants New Day Media of Tulsa, Oklahoma to provide Zion with services related to traditional and internet media and also public relations. Increased media coverage will help Zion build both investor awareness and future business relationships. To that end, Zion will be attending the NRB (National Religious Broadcasters) 2008 Exposition.

Zion reports 3rd Quarter results

Caesarea, Israel - November 19, 2007 - Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (Amex: ZN), of Dallas, Texas and Caesarea, Israel, today reported its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. The company reported a net loss of $748,000 or $(0.07) per share for the third quarter of 2007 compared to a net loss of $503,000 or $(0.06) per share for the same quarter a year earlier. The company has no revenues as it is still an exploration stage company.

Caesarea, Israel - October 29, 2007 - Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (Amex: ZN), of Dallas, Texas and Caesarea, Israel, announced that the company's geological team recently completed a year-long study of the deep Permian horizons on the company's Joseph and Asher-Menashe Licenses. The resulting 'Permian Report' identified a Permian drilling prospect on the Ma'anit structure on Zion's Joseph License.
